THE RESORT
Built in 2001 Siladen Resort & Spa is an exclusive boutique dive resort located on Pulau Siladen, a lush tropical island in the heart of the Bunaken National Marine Park, a protected ocean area known worldwide for the richness of its waters and epicentre of global marine biodiversity. Since the first guest in 2003 the international resort offers guests the most attractive, exquisite and secluded comfort in Sulawesi. The property is located on the western side of the island on a 300 meters long stretch of white coral reef beach facing the Manado Tua volcano. Guests enjoy breathtaking sunsets all year round.
Dining
Our skilled chefs will present you with a wide variety of local Indonesian & Asian dishes in combination with Gourmet European and Mediterranean recipes. Barbecues on the beach are a regular feature in the dry season. Private beach dinners are available on request.
The Tree House
The tree house is a nice open lounge area on the beach, we offer weekly free Yoga classes and marine life presentations on the tree house, besides its the perfect place to relax while enjoying the ocean views. Our tree house was built by the traditional wooden house builders of Woloan. North Sulawesi is famous for its unique architecture style, and the elevated wooden houses built here are shipped throughout Indonesia and the world. We actually visit Woloan village were these houses are built on our Minahasan excursion — a surreal show village where you can walk around and go in any of the houses you see.
Pool
A large free form salt water swimming pool is located in the heart of the Resort close to the Restaurant, the Reception and the Lounge Bar. The pool features private sun beds with umbrellas as well as beach towels for complimentary use by Resort guests. Sip a cup of tea, offered daily at the lounge bar while reading your favorite novel, or enjoy a cold local beer while sunbathing.
Lounge & Beach Bar
Enjoy a drink, including a selection of imported wines and champagnes, at the Restaurant, lounge bar or directly on the beach while chilling out in one of our comfortable gazebos or resting on a sun bed.
